High temperatures have returned to Yucatán with full intensity and if you are looking for a public place to cool off in the company of the family, in Mérida there are some free options.
This Saturday, March 9 , the Splash Pad water park , located in the Parque Lineal Los Paseos, will open its doors , offering service from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Splash Pad is located on 26th Street between 57-A and 55 in the Juan Pablo II neighborhood, Southern Merida.
Likewise, in the “Henry Martín” South Sports Unit in Mérida , there is a play area in which there are large fountains for the little ones can cool off.
The Unit, located in the San José Tecoh neighborhood, has operating hours from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm every day of the week.
Aquapark
If you live east of Mérida, you can go to the Acuaparque , located in the Vergel subdivision, which operates from 10 am to 5 pm.
The site has free access and has a slide and pools of different depths so that the little ones can cool off from the heat.
