A heavy-duty cargo eighteen-wheel truck overturned on Saturday, June 18th, around 6 in the morning on the Mérida-Valladolid highway, according to the SSP report.
A witness to the event stated that the truck overturned at kilometer 143 of the aforementioned road, around 6:10 in the morning.
Apparently, the driver of the unit lost control of the steering wheel and ended up overturned perpendicular to the road, blocking all vehicular traffic.
No injuries were reported.
