The Puerto de Abrigo de Yucalpetén will be illuminated next Saturday, December 9 with the “Walk of Lights” event starting at 7 pm.
The Director of Fisheries of the City Council of Progreso, Franklin Antonio Franco Sánchez explained that 30 boats will participate with their sailboats and yachts, decorated with Christmas ornaments, details and lights, to tour the harbor dock and live a special night in Yucalpetén.
Likewise, the municipal official said that the event is being held for the fifth consecutive year in Progreso, it is free and is organized by the Yucatán Yacht Club and the Sailing Club.
