During a press conference, the Kizukai MiPYME Certification Program was presented with the aim of training employees of organizations in developing improvement ideas based on their current situation, basic functions, and the beneficial impact of these improvements.

Antonio González Blanco, the General Director of the Yucatecan Institute of Entrepreneurs (IYEM), highlighted the importance of supporting micro and small businesses, which represent over 97% of economic units in the state.

The program will allow Yucatecan micro and small businesses to access high-level programs that are usually only available to large companies.

In addition to knowledge transfer, the program will include four hours of personalized consulting to ensure the effective implementation of the methodology and strategies.

Alejandro Kasuga Sakai, the General Director of A.Kasuga Consultores, shared that the methodology has been successfully developed and applied at Yakult in Puebla, receiving national and international recognition.

The certification program aims to achieve a return on investment through implemented ideas and improvements, as has been achieved with large companies like Toyota.

María Fernanda Molina Patrón, the Director of Strengthening at the Secretariat of Economic Development and Labor (Sefoet), emphasized the importance of managing internal processes for business efficiency and profitability.

The announcement mentioned the upcoming free webinar on July 25th and the “Kizukai MiPYME” certification program, which will enable companies to implement at least 10 continuous improvement ideas with a return on investment.

Yucatecan entrepreneurs were invited to take advantage of this opportunity as the program will be offered at a 70% discount from its regular price, thanks to the management of the State Government. It will be delivered by Alejandro Kasuga, the founder of Kizukai Institute.
