Store in Valladolid catches fire resulting in total loss

MÉRIDA, Yucatan, May 11, 2023.- At around 3:30 a.m. this morning, emergency services were activated when a fire broke out in a beer agency, known as Six, in Vista Alegre II in the municipality of Valladolid.

According to initial reports, a short circuit may have started the fire which consumed the entire establishment.

Several explosions alerted the neighbors on 50th Street by 25th and 23rd, who alerted the municipal police and the fire department, who went to the site to attend to the emergency and prevent other houses from being affected by the fire.

Only the front part of the store was left standing, the whole place was reduced to ashes and debris, fortunately, no injuries were reported.
