Motorists are approaching women in the streets of Mérida allegedly to ask for an address, but once the woman comes near the car, they realize that the man is masturbating on the driver’s seat.
Several cases have been reported recently on social networks where the same pattern is repeated, the motorist approaches a lady on the street with the excuse of asking how to find an address, and as they come closer to the car’s window, the victims realize that the pervert is masturbating. Several cases have been recorded in different parts of the city of Merida.
The women of Mérida are tired of this type of sexual harassment, which is why many have photographed the aggressors and posted their picture on social networks, in order for local authorities to identify and detain them.
According to the reports, the modus operandi of these sick individuals is always the same.
As a matter of fact, this type of harassment has been going on for years in the state capital, however, today it is easier to denounce these criminals on the internet and social networks. In many cases these perverts are exposing themselves in front of minors, causing them a traumatic experience that obviously harms the girls psychologically.
Local authorities have taken action against street harassers, but the number of cases increases every day. A large number of women have been victims of harassment in one way or another while walking the streets of Mérida.
