Car catches fire in Merida’s Brisas neighborhood

A vehicle was engulfed in flames in the Brisas del Bosque subdivision, apparently due to a short circuit.

The incident occurred on 48th Street by 21st Street of the aforementioned subdivision, near the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation, where the fire engulfed the Seat brand vehicle.

Firefighters from the SSP arrived at the site and were in charge of putting out the fire. The vehicle was a total loss.
