To promote seafood establishments, on November 23 and 24, Canirac will hold the eighth edition of the Shrimp Festival 2024 and the Shrimp Delicacies contest, in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche.
This was announced by the leader of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac), Gabriela Cruz Damas, pointing out that this is an event that each year takes on greater relevance within national gastronomic tourism due to the quality of the products.
âOn ââthis occasion, the event will be held at the Casino del Mar, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., in which the participation of approximately 25 establishments is expected.â
She indicated that the participating establishments will present shrimp-based dishes, which will be displayed at affordable prices.
