Authorities from the City Council of Merida inform that this Sunday, September 29, as reported, the program Merida on Sunday will return to the Plaza Grande of this city, after six months of operating in the Santa Ana park.

In the same way, it informs that for this one time only, due to the logistical operation, preparations, and installations for the inauguration of the Executive Power of the State, the program’s offerers will use only half of the area of the plaza.

This modification will be temporary according to the list and the location sketch that was provided to the infrastructure department of the Directorate of Prosperity and Economic Well-being, agreeing on a schedule from 10:00 to 4:00 pm.

It should be remembered that only the offerers of various products and artisans participate in this process, and for the following week, the vendors of food and fried foods will be integrated.

Likewise, it is reported that the participants must have their identification at all times, respecting the spaces temporarily assigned for this Sunday 29; during the opening and closing hours mentioned above, as well as cleaning the assigned areas.

The City Council of Mérida reiterates that it will always look after the future, the economy, and the full development of Mérida families, working together through dialogue and the sum of efforts.

With order, social justice and always thinking about the common good of those who live in this city, we reaffirm this commitment so that we all improve Mérida.
