The town’s inhabitants say that the well is ‘cursed’ and attracts people to jump in.

Previously, two brothers of the same woman died in the place. One threw himself in and the other hanged himself inside the well.

On this occasion, Mrs. Suemy G. E. Ch. was consuming alcoholic beverages with her family, but at one point in the conversation, as if possessed by a strange force, she got up, walked to the well, and threw herself in.

Everyone expected the worst because this well of more than 10 meters deep and has no water. The family called the municipal police and the firefighters.

When the SP firefighters and police arrived, rescuing her took several minutes. On the surface she was assessed by paramedics from the same corporation and only had bruises and abrasions, but no injuries or fractures that could put her life at risk.

The woman refused to be transferred to a hospital for treatment.
