A citizen report to the emergency number (9-1-1) last weekend alerted the authorities to arrest an individual who was found intoxicated on 20th Street between 21st and 23rd in the municipality of Kinchil.
The drunk was walking, shirtless and wearing only Bermuda shorts, when he allegedly pulled them down to show a woman his private parts.
A van from the Public Security Secretariat (SSP), with several uniformed officers intercepted him while the suspect tried to run away.
However, the exhibitionist was finally arrested and taken to jail, where he only spent a few hours after his arrest, since the witness did not go to file her complaint at the municipal command.
