The State Attorney General’s Office announced the arrest of a person of foreign nationality, Zefafatzadeh N, for his probable participation in events that could constitute a crime against the environment, fauna, and the development of society, which occurred in Cancun.
The events for which this subject occurred on August 17, 2023, in the eighth-floor apartment of a building in a residential complex from where he threw a dog while recording a video of the event.
After reporting the facts and subsequent arrest, the foreigner is now at the disposal of the Public Ministry, which will define his legal situation.
Unfortunately, the dog lost its life due to the severity of the injuries and the strong impact after being thrown from the eighth floor of an apartment located in an exclusive residential area of Cancun. Neighbors say that it could have been a couple’s argument that led to this unfortunate fact.
