Young woman reported missing is found dead in Champotón, Campeche

An 18-year-old girl reported missing on Sunday, April 7, was found dead. Her body was found wrapped in a sheet at the intersection of the town of Moquel, heading to Ciudad del Sol, on the Champotón-Campeche federal highway.

Relatives of Priscila R.R. reported her disappearance on Sunday, April 7th. On Saturday, April 6, she was seen with her two daughters, having breakfast at a food vending business, and later, around 1:00 p.m. on a bus stop.

After the intense search carried out by the family, visiting places and on social networks, her dead body was found wrapped in a sheet.

Agents of the National Guard and the State Prosecutor’s Office arrived at the scene.

The Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) removed the body to carry out the corresponding autopsy, while the authorities continued to work on the investigation of the case to clarify the facts.

Priscila, 18 years old, was a single mother and left behind two orphaned children, one six years old and the other 18 months old.
