The Valladolid Restaurant Association called its members to a work meeting.
The activity was held at the “Palapa Campanas”, with the participation of 65 restaurant companies and the verification of 70 scales.
During the event, the Delegate of Profeco Caribbean Zone, Israel Malacón Osuna, gave a talk on the rights of consumers and general guidelines on quality and customer service.
Profeco Delegate, Israel Malacón, emphasized: “we recognize ARVAY’s willingness to remain at the forefront of good practices for food and beverage companies. “We are convinced that this example of adherence to standards guidelines will result in better service for consumers.”
Malacón Osuna added: “we have received instructions from the Federal Consumer Attorney to promote the national program: “Responsible Supplier.”
