At a press conference held on April 11, details of the Real Estate Showroom 2024 were offered, which will be held by the National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry (Canadevi) in Yucatán, from May 24 to 26, at the Center Yucatan Conventions Siglo XXI.
This is the second edition of this event for the real estate sector in the southeast of the country.
The presentation was held at the Canadevi Yucatán facilities, led by engineer Sergei López Cantón, president of Canadevi Yucatán, who explained that the event seeks not only to attract potential buyers but also investors in the real estate market, who will be able to learn about the latest trends and also have contact with developers.
López Cantón highlighted that the 2024 Showroom will have the participation of eight banking institutions, which will offer visitors and investors the widest financial offer.
One of the exclusive events scheduled will be The Broker Biz, on May 24, for real estate brokers, in which the participation of 300 brokers is expected to carry out commercial negotiations with the exhibitors.
The event will provide training, keynote lectures, practical workshops, and networking events.
Access to the general public will be on May 15 and 26, so that they can learn about the wide range of real estate properties and services. The organizers expect an attendance of 4,000 people during the 3 days of the event and the participation of around 20,000 people on the virtual platform.

In the presentation, the organizers pointed out that this event will position Yucatán as a benchmark in the real estate sector at a national and international level.
