The city that occupies the number one position is Mérida, Yucatán. The Yucatecan capital offers the best quality of life in the country; It has outstanding educational coverage in Mexico, in addition to being perceived by its inhabitants as very safe. Its medical services are efficient not to mention its culture and gastronomy.

San Luis Potosí occupies third place, this city that boasts a high educational level in its inhabitants and where labor inequality by gender is minimal.
