Dead body washes up on the shores of the Hilton Hotel beach in Playa del Carmen

On Wednesday, April 10th, the lifeless body of a man washed up on the beach in front of the Hilton hotel in Playa del Carmen. So far, it is known that the now deceased is a national tourist.

It was around 1:00 p.m. when through the emergency number 911 citizens reported the discovery of an inert man dragged by the tide towards the shore on the aforementioned beach.

Immediately, staff from the Hilton Hotel tried to help the subject, who was wearing black shorts, no shirt, with various tattoos and ear expansions, however, he no longer had vital signs, and this was later confirmed by authorities who arrived. to the scene of the incident.

The site was cordoned off and guarded by agents of the Tourist Police.

Later, experts from the State Attorney General’s Office arrived at the site carried out the removal of the body, and subsequently transferred it to the Forensic Medical Service for the required autopsy.
