AMLO’s project of three airports for the metropolitan area of Mexico City is a total failure

The president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, promised a system to integrate the three airports in the Metropolitan area of the Valley of Mexico: the AICM, the AIFA and the Toluca airport. But absolutely nothing has happened with this initiative, it is a fallacy, and the air connectivity situation is worse than ever in Mexico City.

If it is true that in the 2018 election Lopez Obrador won by majority, the total votes he obtained were less than the votes of second and third place in the election, Which means that the majority of Mexicans did not vote for AMLO.

Even so, he won the election by popular vote, with the responsibility of receiving the country and administering it in such a way as to improve the living conditions of the citizens.

This never happened, AMLO is leaving ofice with the worst external debt and the largest fiscal deficit compared to GDP.
He is leaving a country deliberately polarized politically and socially.
With a frank and alarming setback in terms of health and a total disaster in terms of education, so much so that the government no longer want our students to be evaluated with the international PISA test.

THERE IS NO GROWTH IN THE AERONAUTICAL SECTOR

There is no improvement in connectivity, on the contrary, more and more travelers try to avoid Mexico City due to the problems of its airport.

There are no new operators taking advantage of the absurd offer of three airports.

Finally, the AIFA airport did not bring any growth to the municipalities of Tecamac and Tizayuca, which continue to be among the municipalities with the highest crime rates in the State of Mexico.
