On Monday, April 29th. a 45-year-old man lost his life in a mechanical workshop in downtown Merida where he worked.
At the scene of the events, it was found that the man was on his lunch break in the business located on 58th Street between 79 and 81 in the Center of the Yucatecan capital when he suddenly began to feel bad.
According to comments, he had been having health problems for some time, and today he died apparently from a sudden heart attack.
His colleagues, realizing what happened, tried to revive him while they reported the situation to the emergency number 911 and waited for the arrival of paramedics.
The mechanic finally lost his life in his workplace, and later on, family members arrived along with personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office and forensic experts from SEMEFO who took charge of the legal procedures.
