Kidney stones are a very common health problem in the Yucatan Peninsula.

Fortunately, nature offers an efficient solution in the plant known as Chintok, also known as a “stone-breaking sledgehammer.”

Kidney stones, hard deposits made of minerals and salts, can form anywhere in the urinary tract, from the kidneys to the bladder, and can be caused by several factors, such as diet, excess body weight, certain medical conditions, and some supplements and medications.

Chintok, a plant known to the Maya as a “stone breaker” or “sledgehammer,” can pulverize and expel these stones safely and safely. Unlike other plants, chintok causes stones to be removed in the form of grit and not in pieces, making it the most efficient remedy to treat this problem.

Although in many Yucatecan towns, it is consumed as a tea, it is known that it affects the teeth, so it is recommended to consume it in capsules. Two capsules should be taken before each meal to accelerate the fading and less painful expulsion of the stones, which are passed as grit through urine. It is recommended to drink about eight glasses of water daily and avoid foods rich in oxalate.

Don’t let kidney stones affect your quality of life, try chintok and experience a natural and effective solution.
