Dead body found inside an apartment in downtown Valladolid

A 35-year-old man was found dead and in an advanced state of decomposition, inside an apartment in the Santa Ana neighborhood, in the municipality of Valladolid, Yucatan.

According to the report, neighbors of the apartment complex, located on 34th Street, began to perceive a foul odor coming from the deceased’s home, located on the second floor, so they decided to call the emergency number 911.

State Police officers arrived at the site and upon arrival, they realized that the man had been dead for at least two or three days.

An acquaintance of the deceased provided his personal information, identifying him as Abraham “N”, 35 years old, originally from Baja California and an artisan by trade, and also commented that he suffered from high blood pressure.

Agents of the FGE were in charge of becoming aware of the events and the Semefo of carrying out the removal of the body.

The cause of death was presumably a heart attack.
