Dengue cases decrease in Yucatán

Dr. Sauri Vivas said that the department under his charge will continue with preventive activities such as monitoring traps to carry out entomological studies that will allow the population of the Aedes aegypti mosquito, the transmitter of dengue, to be controlled.

The official recalled that prevention measures are keeping the yards clean, using repellent, placing crinolines in homes, and wearing long-sleeved clothing.
