Man dies after being gored by a bull at the Yalcobá fair

One day after Christmas, tragedy left a family in Valladolid in mourning, as a man later died after a bull gored him in a bullfight in the community of Yalcobá.

Just on Christmas Day, the Yalcobá Traditional Fair was held, in which there were dances, various events, and a bullfight. During yesterday afternoon, residents enjoyed the bullfight and other events. However, suddenly one of the participants was injured.

C.U.C., 41 years old, was in the artisanal arena, but at one point he got out and tried to bullfight the animal, but was gored. After the strong blow, the man fell to the floor, where he remained lying.

Witnesses mention that the man was drunk, and they also claim that the animal had stepped on him, causing him to suffer various injuries to his body.

Those present quickly approached him to help him, while others asked for help from the emergency number since the man was seriously injured.

Paramedics from the State Public Security Secretariat went to the scene to evaluate him and then transferred him to the Valladolid General Hospital.

The subject remained hospitalized until the day after the accident, when, unfortunately, he lost his life due to his multiple injuries.
