During the early hours of this Wednesday, the Yucatan Government website server detected a new cyber attack, so the internet systems were taken down to avoid any damage.

Through a bulletin, the State Government announced that the initial diagnosis did not register any effects on the central system; however, as a preventive measure, all agency portals are disabled as a protection measure and to keep them under surveillance.

Due to this situation, the online services offered by some state agencies will not be available until further notice while the digital network is reestablished and they can carry out their procedures safely.

If there are unfinished administrative processes, appointments and procedures, they will be rescheduled once the system is restored.

From the moment the State Government became aware of the situation, it implemented security protocols and work began to restore the service network as soon as possible.

It should be noted that this is the second in 2023, since it was in the month of March when a cyber attack on the Yucatan Government server was announced.
