Three members of the National Guard (GN) were arrested after causing an accident that left three people injured, including two minors. The driver of the National Guard truck would have run a stop sign and collided with a motorcycle driven by Claudia C. who was carrying her three children on her motorcycle.

The accident occurred on Tuesday, December 26, around 11 in the morning on 43rd and 56th Street, in the San Francisco neighborhood in Tekax.

According to witnesses of the event, the motorcycle was traveling on 43rd Street  with right of way when arriving on 56th Street when  the driver of a truck from a convoy of National Guard agents run the stop sign.

This caused them to collide with the motorcycle, causing its guide to skid.

The elements, whose truck was identified with the number 20920, helped those affected by admitting them to a clinic.

The injured did not stay at that clinic since they did not have the medical equipment to perform the necessary X-rays to rule out possible head trauma and possible fractures.

For this reason, the mother and children were transferred to the Temax General Hospital.

Although the officers helped the injured, they also quickly moved the vehicles without waiting for the expert report, which greatly angered the neighbors who came out to prevent the alleged perpetrator from leaving. The truck’s driver and two crew members were taken to the headquarters for legal purposes.
