This face to face meeting, the first between Xi Jinping and López Obrador, took place on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit being held in San Francisco CA.
On Thursday, November 16th, Chinese President Xi Jinping congratulated his Mexican counterpart, Andrés Manuel López Obrador for the “path of progress and reforms” he has taken Mexico on since he took power five years ago.
This face-to-face, the first between Xi and López Obrador, took place on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit being held this week in San Francisco, California.
The Mexican government has not yet officially reported the content of this importan meeting; if the presidents spoke about the so-called “Fentanyl Crisis”.
