The second edition of the Sabores de Yucatán Festival, to be held from November 16 to 20 in Mérida, will bring together renowned national and international chefs, fusing the rich local culinary tradition with international innovation.

The festival becomes a showcase of culinary excellence, bringing together the best of the gastronomic industry. This second edition will have various activities, among which the academic program stands out, which will offer unmissable panels such as “The Vanguard and Tradition” and “The Strength of Latin American Cuisine”, providing a unique opportunity for students and lovers of gastronomy to immerse in this fantastic world, free tours of the main markets of the city, such as the Lucas de Gálvez Market and the Santiago Market, will have a route of markets and cantinas where you will have the opportunity to get to know the best of the city up close. city, in addition to the three gastronomic circuits for tasting tapas and drinks in renowned restaurants in the historic center of the city.

“The Best Chefs Awards” is an internationally renowned event that leaves Europe for the first time, under the theme “Origins and Future”, contributing to the diversity and richness of Sabores de Yucatán within the framework of gastronomy where events such as Barra México, with the cocktail and spirits route and The Mexican Selection for the Brussels World Competition, with tastings and tastings, where they are presented as an invitation to discover the incredible variety and versatility of Yucatecan cuisine with local products and spirits.
