The “Lights of Hope” are on in support of AMANC

In support of the  Mexican Association to Help Children with Cancer  (AMANC), the Yucatán delegation,  local artists, and musicians are joining forces and coordinating their talents to perform the Christmas concert titled “Lights of Hope”, which will allocate part of the proceeds from the sale of tickets to help this association.

The event will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, November 29th, at 8:30 p.m., at Casa Faller, a space big enough for 800 people, with a ticket cost of 320 and 370 pesos.

The part that AMANC receives will be used to cover the monthly expenses of the new shelter, which requires between 300 and 350 thousand pesos for its maintenance, transportation, feeding of patients, and acquisition of medicines, among others.

The initiative was presented by the president of AMANC, Marissa Goff Rodríguez, the director of the institution, Isabela Rivas Castilla, and the main artists of the concert, Diana Zavala and Javier Alcalá.

Diana Zavala, one of the featured voices at the event, shared that this Christmas concert has been planned for several years, and on this occasion they decided to allocate part of the profits to this association.

The repertoire, lasting approximately one hour and 50 minutes, will consist of songs in English and Spanish, offering a diverse and exciting musical experience.
