“Plaza Fiesta” the first shopping center in Merida turns 35!

Tomorrow Saturday, November 25, “Plaza Fiesta” shopping center will commemorate its 35th anniversary.

The president of the Plaza Fiesta Board of Directors, Alejandra Pacheco Montero, reported that a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held in the plaza facilities and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque.

The event will begin at 12:00 p.m. and conclude at 9:00 p.m., during which an exciting festival will take place with live music and performances by multiple artists, including Morita and regional comedians Dzereco and Nohoch.

In addition, throughout the celebration, discounts will be announced in all participating stores, as part of the “Party Time” promotion. Special discounts will begin at 6:00 p.m., with offers of up to 35%.

Pacheco Montero highlighted that the highlight of the event will be the ribbon cutting, which will take place at 6:00 p.m., followed by the unveiling of a commemorative plaque in honor of the 35 years of service to Yucatecan families.

In addition, the prominent Yucatecan businessman, José Chapur Zahoul, founder of Plaza Fiesta, will also address a few words to remember the oldest shopping plaza in the city of Mérida.
