A compact blue Nissan Sentra, apparetly lost control of the vehicle near km. 22 of the Mérida-Tetiz highway.
At the site of the incident, it was found that the vehicle was traveling from Kinchil towards Mérida when suddenly, without the cause being known until now, the car collided with a flag signal at the intersection that goes to Tetiz and ended up in the central ditch.
Luckily, at the time of the accident no other vehicle was approaching, so there was no collision to regret.
By the time the authorities arrived, there was no one inside the Nissan Sentra, so as long as no one claimed it, it would be sent to the municipal pound.
The car was left with significant damage, including a broken windshield and damage to other parts of the car.
This incident takes place in one of the communication routes in an area where accidents are frequent.
