No arrests in relation to the murder of Mexican LGBT+ magistrate Jesús Ociel Baena

There is no third person in the death of Baena and his partner

Aguascalientes authorities rule out that there is a third person in the deaths of the magistrate, Jesús Ociel Baena, and his companion.

They confirm that the other body corresponds to that of the magistrate’s romantic partner and it is indicated that the jurist’s home does not show signs of violence.

Likewise, the security cameras do not record the entry of any other person, in addition to the two involved in the death, and the discovery of razor blades with which it is believed they could have injured themselves was reported.
