The National Electoral Institute extends an invitation to the citizens of Yucatán to verify the validity of their voting credentials, as well as the data corresponding to their Federal District and Local District, according to the location of their home, since as of September there were 106,548 people who needed to update them.

“The INE will carry out a campaign through home notices in the sections updated by Resection to inform citizens that at the end of the credentialing period, they have not updated their license, to let them know the code of the section and the box to which will correspond to you going to exercise your right to vote,” said Eliézer Serrano Rodríguez, member of the Federal Electoral Registry in Yucatán.

Serrano Rodríguez also recalled that the data of the sections of the Federal and local Districts were updated by the new configuration of the six federal district polygons (in these elections one federal and six local demarcations were increased) and the 21 local ones, approved by the General Council from the National Electoral Institute at the end of 2022, which is why many were changed to other sections and must update their credentials.

You can also access it directly by typing Listanominal.ine.mx in your favorite browser. Once on the page, with your voting credential in hand, provide the requested data so that the system presents you with the corresponding information.

The official added that if the page indicates that the credential is no longer valid or if the electoral section has been modified due to cartographic resection work, the voter is invited to go as soon as possible to the nearest Citizen Service Module or the one of their preference. to process an updated credential.
