The city of Guadalajara has become the epicenter of an unparalleled culinary experience with the arrival of “Sabores desde el Corazón” (Flavors from the Heart).

This gastronomic event is the result of a collaboration between the renowned Spanish chef with three Michelin stars, Iñigo Urrechu, and the acclaimed Mexican chef Gerardo Rivera. This unique experience will be available on the menu of the Grand Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Country Club restaurant until November 12 of this year.

“Sabores desde el Corazón” masterfully fuses the rich Basque culinary tradition of Chef Iñigo Urrechu with the flavors of Mexican cuisine by Chef Gerardo Rivera. This culinary event showcases the skill and harmony of flavors from both cultures coming together in unique and exceptional dishes.

Diners who choose to indulge in this fusion menu can savor dishes such as ham and beef croquettes, cod crumbs, pil-pil, and vegetable cream, white sea bass in green sauce with kokotxas, and Asturian-style sirloin, as well as artisanal French toast bites with a touch of coffee with milk and ice cream, among others.

The collaborations we have carried out with different chefs in recent months allow us to create unforgettable moments for our visitors,” said Enrique Calderón, Vice President of Operations for Grupo Posadas.

Collaboration with strategic partners such as Aeroméxico, Aeroméxico Rewards, Santander, Ribera del Duero, and Fiesta Rewards has made this top-notch culinary experience possible.

“Sabores desde el Corazón” began at the Live Aqua Urban Resort México hotel, giving food enthusiasts the opportunity to explore the combination of culinary traditions from Spain and Mexico. After its stop in Guadalajara, this culinary experience will continue at the Live Aqua Urban Resort Monterrey hotel from October 10 to December 10.
