Catrinas Parade on Paseo de Las Ánimas

200 people will participate in the Catrinas Parade, which will take place on October 28th, starting from the Monument to the Fatherland towards El Remate, beginning at eight in the evening, where there will also be music and dance.

This is part of the Festival of the Souls, to be held from October 24th to November 2nd, which will include activities such as the traditional Paseo de las Ánimas, scheduled for October 27th at six in the evening.

The procession will depart from the General Cemetery, pass by the Ermita, and end in San Juan. The route will be accompanied by an exhibition of altars and artistic events.

You can also enjoy the Night of Catrinas, guided visits to the General Cemetery, a procession of souls on bicycles, a Broadway-style musical show, a bicycle route of souls, a mucbipollo fair, a Pixan Pee’k costume contest, contemporary circus, the inauguration of the monumental altar, vaquería de las ánimas, and Mayan stories.
