Campeche.- The Atasta Peninsula has become a new tourist attraction thanks to the recent sighting of manatees in its waters.

These majestic aquatic mammals are capturing the attention of locals and visitors alike, which is expected to boost tourism in the region, said Guardianes de la Naturaleza president Juan Gabriel Martínez.
