A 25-year-old fisherman died at sea, allegedly due to a heart attack. The deceased, identified as Eldiel Esaú “N”, passed away when the ship “Freshcolin VIII” was returning to land from Cancun, Quintana Roo.
According to his fellow fishermen, Eldiel died due to a heart attack. The fishing boat arrived with the man’s body at the Sea Port in Yucalpetén, at the area known as La Garita.
Port Authority officers were already at the site, and even when paramedics tried to help him, he no longer had vital signs. Also, officers from the State Investigation Police arrived to carry out the first investigations regarding fisherman’s death.
