Sports field renovated in Flamboyanes, municipality of Progreso

Mayor Julián Zacarías Curi personally supervised the rehabilitation works of the soccer sports field in the district of Flamboyanes. These works reflect the commitment made months ago by the State Governor Mauricio Vila Dosal and the Mayor of Progreso, Julián Zacarías Curi.

Among the rehabilitation works, the painting of all areas stands out, public bathrooms were rehabilitated, and the installation of perimeter fencing was initiated. Likewise, masonry work was carried out on the stands, and pruning and weeding were done in the periphery areas of the sports field.

It is worth noting that among the upcoming works for this sports field, there is the installation of benches for the teams, lighting, and synthetic turf, which will provide athletes with a top-notch space to develop their skills to their maximum potential.

Mayor Julián Zacarías mentioned, “These results are the result of the teamwork that has been ongoing year after year with the State Governor, Mauricio Vila Dosal, and what was promised just a few months ago is now a reality for Flamboyanes and our people.” Similarly, the Mayor of Progreso took the opportunity to thank the willingness of the Governor of Yucatan to bring progress to Progreso.

Finally, Julián Zacarías’ commitment to bringing progress to every part of the municipality has led to the district of Flamboyanes benefiting from the installation of poles and lighting, street paving, and the revitalization of public spaces that have contributed to a quality urban image for the community and its development.
