Valladolid celebrates eleven years of being designated a “Magic Town”
VALLADOLID, YUCATAN.— The city council announced that on September 2 and 3, activities will be carried out to celebrate the 11-year anniversary of the naming of this city as a Magical Town, in which a mega-guild and dairy that is being organized stands out to be held in the center of the city.
According to the program released by the city council, it is specified that on Saturday, September 2, at half past four in the afternoon, the mega-union will leave 34th street between 37 and 39 in the surroundings of the Zací cenote, from where They will leave for the center of the city, so that an hour later the inaugural ribbon is cut and then, at half past six in the afternoon, there will be a dairy with the participation of the “Aurorita y Gameba” orchestra.
On Sunday, according to the information disseminated in networks by the city council, at eleven in the morning there will be a presentation of the folkloric ballet “Renacer” and, at 3 in the afternoon, there will be a presentation of the dancers “Boox Balam”; an hour later there will be the performance of the Folkloric ballet “Raíces Mestizos de la Isla de Cozumel, Quintana Roo.
At 5 in the afternoon on Sunday, September 3, there will be a presentation of the Mexicanarte folkloric ballet, after the “Yuumil Beh” and finally it will conclude with the presentation of the “Tachos” musical band.
The city council invites society in general to come to enjoy traditional activities, which were the reason for this city to be named a Magical Town, so it is worth going out to discover part of the regional roots, indicated.
