State and federal authorities participated in an operation to seize an alleged marijuana greenhouse in the south of Mérida

State and federal authorities carried out an operation south of the city of Mérida, where a marijuana greenhouse was presumably dismantled.

It was shortly after 10:00 p.m. on Friday when elements of the Secretary of Public Security (SSP) in coordination with personnel from the Secretary of National Defense SEDENA and the National Guard began an operation in a property on 133 Street between 46-A, of the subdivision Villa Magna Sur.

The operation was referred to the attention of a search warrant issued by a Control Judge after a complaint about the presence of an alleged marijuana greenhouse in a house.

It turned out that in the search marijuana plants were seized, which were in a house in the south of the city of Mérida.

So far there is no report on detainees; however, the house in the Villa Magna Sur subdivision was insured by the authorities.
