Experts expect it to drop even more
The peso continues its good streak and this Wednesday it is trading at 16.82 units per dollar, the best price it has had for eight years.
The last time the Mexican currency reached 16.62 per dollar was in 2015, although specialists point out that it could continue to appreciate against the US currency and reach up to 16 units.
