The Queso de Bola Fair, one of the most popular gastronomic events among the people of Yucatán, will return with its fourth edition to the city of Mérida.
This famous event offers dishes, desserts, and beverages made with Dutch cheese, which is widely consumed in the region as an ingredient in various dishes.
In each edition, it has managed to conquer the palates of its attendees, leading to its fourth edition in July.
The Fourth Queso de Bola Fair returns to Mérida, now taking place at San Sebastián Neighborhood Park in the Softball Field.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 15, and Sunday, July 16, where dishes such as stuffed cheese, tacos, sandwiches, salutes, chayitas, kibis, empanadas, chilaquiles, hot dogs, snacks, boneless wings, potatoes, churros, marquesitas, ice creams, bolis, frappés, crushed ice drinks, waters, cakes, pies, crepes, marquesitas, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, atropeyados, and other types of bread will be offered.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 8th, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Sunday 9th from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM with free admission for the public.
