Users are reporting the crash of a helicopter from a private company that was providing services on a platform operated by Petróleos Mexicanos in the Campeche Sound.
According to national media, Pemex personnel have reported that two crew members are missing in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The incident is said to have occurred 10 nautical miles from Ciudad del Carmen, and rescue operations are currently underway to retrieve the personnel.
