PROGRESO, Yucatan, June 5, 2023.- A man was found drowned on the beach shore of the international boardwalk in the port of Progreso.
The man, who remained unknown, was found lifeless at the height of 94th street by passersby and reported to the Ecological Police elements on the scene who cordoned off the area.
The man apparently died of drowning by submersion and was pulled to shore by the swell that is impacting the coast at this time, it was also noted that the man was not wearing any clothing at the time of discovery.
