KANASIN, Yucatan, May 7, 2023.- M.A.Ch. was charged with the crime of aggravated sexual abuse, denounced for events that occurred last January in the municipality of Motul, when he allegedly performed lewd touching on two minors.
In the hearing held before the Control Judge of the Second Judicial District with headquarters in Kanasín, the prosecutors formulated the accusation of the facts to the accused and presented the evidence gathered in the investigation file of criminal case 120/2023.
From the investigation, it is clear that the events occurred last January, in the morning hours, when the accused, using psychological violence, touched the victims, for which he was denounced.
Before concluding the initial hearing, this social representation set forth the arguments to support the request for the official pre-trial detention as a precautionary measure, which was granted by the Control Judge for the duration of the process.
