The representative of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador in the state, delegate Joaquín Díaz Mena, announced on social networks the replacement of the head of the “Pensión para el Bienestar de los Adultos Mayores” program in the state, welcomed the new coordinator Wilmer Monforte Marfil and thanked Fátima Perera Salazar for the excellent work she did during her time at the head of the program.
Díaz Mena announced that Monforte Marfil is a well-known cattle rancher and businessman from the municipality of Sucilá, a former candidate for Congressman for the Local District of Tizimín in 2021 and a trained Zootechnical Agronomist. He emphasized that the new person in charge of the program has been a permanent promoter of the Government of Mexico and a driving force behind the Fourth Transformation.
Delegate “Huacho” Diaz Mena, informed that in Yucatan there are more than 240 thousand beneficiaries, detailing that the social investment that the Government of Mexico allocates to this program in the state exceeds 6 billion pesos per year. He concluded by wishing Perera Salazar the best of success in his new personal projects.
