Marriott Hotels plans to open its first Edition resort in the Caribbean this summer.
The new Edition Riviera Maya, located in Kanai, is scheduled to open this summer at the Kanai development in Mexico’s Caribbean.
It is the second luxury resort to debut this year at Kanai, following the opening of the new St Regis Kanai hotel earlier this year.
The Edition hotel will feature 180 guest rooms and suites, along with six food and beverage concepts including a signature restaurant, pool bar and beach club, along with a spa.
The resort will feature an outdoor terrace specially designed for hosting large-scale events.
