Maribel Guardia confirmed the death of her son Julián Figueroa, who passed away at the age of 28.
“He was found unconscious tonight in his room while I was at the theater. They called 911 and when the ambulance and police arrived, they found him already dead, without any trace of violence. The medical report indicates that he died of an acute myocardial infarction (colloquially known as “heart attack) and ventricular fibrillation,” posted Maribel Guardia.
The actress and singer asked for understanding of the deep pain she is going through.
“I would like to talk to everyone who is trying to communicate with me, but I really don’t have the strength to do it yet. I beg respect for our privacy during this painful moment we are going through right now,” Maribel requested.
She reported that his funeral will be held privately, alongside the closest and most loving people.
She thanked everyone for the messages of support and love that they have been sending, but at this moment she does not have the soul to respond to anyone.
“I hope to be able to do it at another time. Infinite thanks to everyone for their understanding,” Maribel Guardia stated on social networks.
