Mexico’s Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Marcelo Ebrard, is now known as the ‘King of Tik Tok’ as he has surpassed one million followers on this popular social network.
The also candidate for Mexico’s presidency in 2024, posted a video through his Tik Tok account showing a mix of edited videos of the Mexican foreign minister.
“Guess what. We have already one million followers on Tik Tok, as you can see now,” Ebrard bragged.
Marcelo Ebrard’s Tik-Tok account features 511 videos, 20.7 million ‘likes’, and 40 publications surpassing one million reproductions. Ebrard is the first Mexican politician to add that number of followers on Tik Tok.
The video with the highest number of reproductions to date is the one titled: ‘It is an honor to be with Obrador’, with almost eleven million views, and only behind this one is: ‘Invítame unos tacos‘ (buy me some tacos), with ten million reproductions.
At the end of the video, which currently has more than 9 thousand likes, the Mexican foreign minister thanked his one million followers.
“Thanks a million,” concluded the presidential candidate.
For all the above mentioned, Marcelo Ebrard is considered by the media and Internet users as ‘The King of Tik Tok’, due to his charisma and empathy that he generates in users.
