

It has now been 21 days since Magdiel Adolfo Reyes Canul went missing, but his relatives have not given up hope, and continue with the intense operations carried out by the State Attorney General’s Office and the Yucatan State Search Commission, together with personnel from the Ministry of Public Safety, as well as the Fire Department supported by K-9 police agents and drones in the surroundings of Kinchil, especially around the Xelactún cenote.
According to the bulletin issued, Magdiel, 29 years old, was last seen on February 21 at the edge of the Kinchil-Celestún road, after visiting the “Xelactún” cenote. The cenote is located about 14 kilometers to the west of this town, on the side of the federal highway.
Despite what was reported to the state authorities, this morning the area around the tourist stop and the dirt road was searched again, with the participation of volunteers, the mother of the missing person, Fabiola Reyes, accompanied by three other family members.
As is known, the young man was wearing navy blue shorts, a blue and white striped sport shirt, white tennis shoes and a navy blue backpack.
As particular sign, the young man has a dark complexion, bushy eyebrows, small eyes, wide mouth and nose, skin rash scars all over his body, bulge on his right elbow.
