Gastronomic activities continue to arrive in Yucatán, as in the coming weeks the Ice Cream Festival will be held in the city of Mérida.
This event will be held in the Parque de La Paz in front of the Merida Centennial Zoo and seeks to bring together more people who love this famous dessert.
The Ice Cream Festival will have desserts of different flavors on display, from the traditional chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, to the strangest ones such as black filling, rose petals and Mayan octopus, bacon and chocolate.
There will also be other activities such as food sales, regional snacks, live music, dances, jarana, workshops and lecture area, Dj set, among others.
Ice Cream Festival in Mérida
On April 16 the Mérida Ice Cream Festival will be held at the Parque de la Paz, bringing together various experts in this type of dessert.
It will have a schedule from 10:00 in the morning until 21:00 hours, where you can find up to 50 exhibitors, 30 ice cream makers with different products among them: Ice cream, sorbets, bolis, popsicles, frappes, cakes. ice cream options: dairy-based, water-based, vegan options, reduced sugar, dessert, fruit, author, among several styles.
